Katz&Co Company offers exchanges for purchased products upon agreement, but only unopened packages can be returned. From the date of purchase or receipt of the products, you have 14 days to dissolve the purchase agreement and return the items without providing a reason. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To arrange a return, please contact us via email at info@katzn.co. Once Katz&Co Company receives and inspects the returned goods, the paid amount will be refunded to your bank account.
If a product is unexpectedly damaged during transport by our transport company, the customer must send photos of the damage to Katz&Co Company. In consultation, the product will be replaced, a discount will be offered, or the product will be refunded after it has been returned to Katz&Co Company at their expense.
